ABSTRACT
Although the diseases caused by this fungus was not part of my direct research program, in conjunction with Dr. Charles Hodges, research forest pathologist with the USDA Forest Service Institute of Pacific Islands Forestry, I participated in the investigation of this these diseases, including establishing the pathogen causing eucalyptus canker was identical to the one causing clove canker.
