We are interested in any images you may have of plants of Hawaii (native or introduced), or weeds or other invasive pest species anywhere in the world. If you would like to contribute images to the online HEAR image gallery, please follow the submission insctructions below.

HOW TO SUBMIT IMAGES TO HEAR
(Choose one of the three following methods)


ONLINE
  1. Fill out online submission form below.
  2. Click the "submit" button.
  3. Attach an image file to your e-mail message & send.

E-MAIL
  1. Download the submission form.
  2. Fill it out.
  3. E-mail form and images to hearimages@hear.org.

- OR -
CD or DVD

CD / DVD
  1. Download the submission form.
  2. Fill it out.
  3. Send a CD or DVD with form and images to:

Field Name Enter Data Here Description
Photographer Name of photographer or illustrator.
Image Date Date image taken such as "DD Month YYYY”.
Image Number Unique image number (can be left blank if none).
Scientific Name Scientific name of the image subject.
Image Notes Notes about the image subject.
Image Location Locality of image.
Island Island.  Provide state, country if not Hawaii, USA.
Image Credit Person / institution to be credited.
Image Copyright Holder of copyright.  Note any copyright restrictions.
Contact Contact URL, email, address, or phone.
