Description: Shrub or tree up to 16' tall with shredding bark, thin 1/2-1" leaves, 1/2" white or pink flowers, and 1/4" wooden seed capsules.
Risk areas: Moist forest and rainforest.
WARNING:All members of this genus probably pose a threat of invasion in Hawaii and should not be planted. Other species may be known as Tea tree, Australian tea, L. flavescens, L. laevigatum, or L. polygalifolium.
