Other names:plumosa, Asparagus plumosus Baker, Protasparagus plumosus
Description: Woody climber 10-30' tall, with twining stems, flat triangular branches, 1/4" dark green, needle-like leaves, tiny greenish-white flowers, and 1/4-1/2" black berries.
Risk areas: Dry to moist forest, disturbed areas.
WARNING:Several species of the genus Asparagus have proven invasive elsewhere. All members of this genus should be approached with caution or avoided in horticulture.
