Offshore Islet Restoration Committee (OIRC) discussion forum
The OIRC is a multi-agency group dedicated to the restoration and management of selected offshore islets in Hawaii. The purpose of the OIRC-LIST e-mail list is to facilitate communication and information exchange among members of Hawaii's Offshore Islet Restoration Committee (OIRC) and other interested parties.
